Installation Guide
Here you will find help installing your workshop manual.
The workshop manuals comes in 2 formats : "PDF Workshop Manual" and "Software Workshop Manual".
If you have purchased a PDF format manual,the manual will be in a PDF format or it will be contained in a .zip file which you will need to extract to get to your PDF files.
If you encounter issues with your built in Windows/Mac PC zip extractor,we recommend using 7ZIP software to extract your files.It is a free tool that you can download from here.
If you have download it on a Smartphone,there are free apps which allows you to extract the .zip file.
If you have purchased the "Software Workshop Manual",please follow the instructions below.
If your workshop manual is in ".vbox" or ".ova" format then please click here and follow the VirtualBox installation instructions.Otherwise,please follow the VMware instructions below.
Quick Start Checklist

Your workshop manual has been pre-installed for you on a virtual copy of Windows.This makes it very easy to run on any PC or Mac.
PC installation
If you have purchased a download,once it has completed you need to extract the download using 7ZIP.If your download was in multiple parts you need to make sure all the parts are in the same location and then ONLY EXTRACT PART 1,as the files are linked and all the parts will extract automatically.Choose the location where you are going to extract your download,as this will be where you will find your Workshop manual.Please make sure there is enough space and it is easy to find.Install the VMware Software (link above) and restart your PC.Once restarted,start the VMware software and click the "Open a Virtual Machine" and go to the folder you extracted the Virtual Machine.In that folder there will be a file with the name "VM" or "Virtual Machine".In the left panel there will be the name of the manual you are about to open.In the right panel,click " Play Virtual Machine" link.
IMPORTANT : You will get a message asking whether you "moved it" or "copied it",YOU MUST SELECT "I MOVED IT" and press OK.
A virtual machine of Windows XP or Windows 7 will load.Once loaded,follow the QUICK START GUIDE on the desktop to run the manual.
MAC INSTALLATION
If you have purchased a download,once it has completed you need to extract the download using either KEKA (link above) or The Unarchiver app(link above).
If your download comes in multiple parts,you need to make sure all the parts are in the same location and only extract part 1 as the parts are linked together and will be extracted automatically.Choose the location where you are going to extract your download,as this will be where you will find your Workshop manual.Please make sure there is enough space and it is easy to find.
Quick note about Apps not from the APP Store,to install KEKA and VMWare Fusion,you might need to temporarily adjust your security settings as they are not downloaded from App Store.To do this,go to System Preferences then Security and Privacy then click the padlock in the bottom left and allow apps to be installed that have not been downloaded from the Appstore.
Download and install VMWare Fusion (link above).Open the folder you extracted the archive and open the "VIRTUAL MACHINE" or "VM" folder and locate ".vmx" file (blue or red icon) and double click it.This will run the virtual machine that will host your workshop manual.Click through any error messages that might pop up,this won't affect the workshop manual loading.
